The Grace-Filled CEO is an honest conversation about how to balance all the things that matter, namely being a CEO and being the woman you were created to be outside of that CEO title. The name says it all… it takes a lot of grace, knowing what is most important, and guidance from people who are living it/have lived it too. Grace is active and living and will be the pinnacle of your sanity and success in being the best version of yourself that you can be, and the best CEO.

I am so passionate about this topic for a couple of reasons, but let's name the biggest. I am a mom, a wife, a caretaker, a laundry doer, a dishwasher, a cook, a cleaner, a business manager, a boss, a writer, a bible study leader, a volunteer, a daughter, a sister, a friend, and a CEO. All of those roles are important, and yet sometimes I feel like I am never doing them all well. But there is a secret sauce. You can navigate having all of those titles without losing yourself, and spoiler alert – grace is required. Am I an expert in giving myself grace, heck no! But I am an expert in seeking it and I would love for you to join me in that.

Another reason why this subject is important to me is that I feel incredibly passionate about women in business. There is so much put on our plates as women and moms that it's almost like we can't have both. In fact, I was told that. You can't run and grow a business AND be there with your family. Well, all I have to say to that is… Wanna bet? That is the hill I will stand on as long as God allows me to. With a little help and a lot of grace, we can do this. Let's be real: it's not easy, but even when we can't do everything ourselves, we can still do hard things.

Podcasting felt like the right way to share this message with you. Because you are a busy woman and you may have your AirPods popped in while doing dishes, or baking cupcakes for a class party at 10 pm, or going for a much-needed run before the next zoom call. While of course, I'd love to pop down to my favorite coffee shop and chat, this way of connecting with you meets you right where you are. It is going to be so good. I just know it.

By tuning in to the Grace-filled CEO podcast, you will be a part of a community of women who feel the way you do, see the world the way you do and have big dreams alongside you. Each episode is roughly 20 minutes give or take, and provides actionable ways to scale your business with systems, strategy, and most importantly, heart. As an online business manager, I am a pro at stepping into other's businesses, taking a look around, and being able to pinpoint where systems are needed, strategy is called for, and where there is an opportunity for boundaries and growth. As a CEO myself, I can empathize with you on being so IN on your business, that there are things you simply cannot see because you're so far IN it. Or maybe you can see where adjustments and growth are needed, but you don't have the capacity, time, or energy to make that happen. That is the sweet spot of an online business manager. We are experts in taking the brain dump and making it an actionable plan. So consider me your pocket OBM. Someone who is in your corner, sharing ways to scale your business with much-needed systems, intentional strategies, while understanding that you are a woman – a wife – a mama – and a friend – first.

I think what makes this the right podcast for you is that in business, we can invest in all of the programs, plan out all of the systems and do all the things. BUT we fall short because at the end of the day it's not about checking all the boxes it's about checking the right boxes. It's not about reaching all the goals, it's about setting the right ones. It's not just about hiring help, it's about finding the right people who desire to invest their gifts in your business to propel it forward. It's not about doing everything right, but about giving yourself grace when you do your best.

Alright friends, that is it for this episode, but I cannot wait to share more with you on this topic.

Before you leave, subscribe to the show and connect with me on Instagram! I will look forward to seeing you there.
